Christmas in Colby Marketplace 2022- Vendor Sign Up

It is the 2nd Annual NWKS Radio's Christmas in Colby Marketplace.  Being held the first weekend of December at the Colby Event Center in Colby, KS.

Christmas in Colby Marketplace Show times:

Friday, December 2, 5 to 7:30 or 5 to 9:30.* (Friday is an optional bonus time)

Saturday, December 3, 10 am to 4 pm

Sunday, December 4, 1 to 4 pm

Each ticket a vendor purchases is actually a 10' x 10' indoor booth space or approximately a trailer-length outdoor space at the Colby Event Center in Colby, KS. If you need more than one booth, please buy that amount of tickets. (Need 3 booths?, then buy 3 tickets). All booths are first-come-first-served. Vendors will not be able to pick their exact booth locations.

There will just be one price per ticket/booth for the entire weekend show times. $75/ticket. Ticket options will be as follows:

-Saturday and Sunday Indoor

This ticket is for vendors that will be at the show only from Saturday 10 to 4 and Sunday from 1 to 4. Set up times Friday 2 to 4:30 or Saturday 7 to 9:30. Tear down is Sunday 4 to 6.

-Saturday and Sunday Outdoor

This ticket is for outdoor vendors that will be at the show only from Saturday 10 to 4 and Sunday from 1 to 4. Set up time for outdoor vendors is Saturday 7 to 9:30 am only. Tear down is Sunday 4 to 6 pm.

Outdoor spaces will be approximately a trailer size. If you need more space, please contact us prior to ordering your ticket.

-Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in the South Gym

This ticket is for vendors that will be at the show Friday 5 to 7:30 pm, Saturday 10 to 4 pm, and Sunday from 1 to 4 pm in the South Gym. Set up time Friday 1 to 4:30 pm. Tear down is Sunday 4 to 6 pm.

The Christmas concert will begin at 7:30 pm on Friday night and the doors will open at 5. Vendors that choose the Friday option will be able to show and sell their products to concert attendees prior to the concert starting.

South Gym will be locked down from concert attendees once the concert begins.

-Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in Main Gym

This ticket is for vendors that will be at the show Friday 5 to 9:30, Saturday 10 to 4 and Sunday from 1 to 4 in the Mezzanine of the Main Gym. Set up time Friday 1 to 4:30 pm. Tear down is Sunday 4 to 6 pm.

Please note that you will be open during the concert on Friday. The teardown of the concert will be Friday night and Saturday after vendors have left and this area will not be able to be locked down. Limited amount of space and on a first-come first-served basis.

One 8' table and 2 chairs per booth are provided.

You are responsible for collecting and submitting your own sales tax. Colby's tax rate is 9%. No early teardown.  Outdoor spaces will be available but will not have the Friday night option to be open. For questions, please contact Dana Carter, City Limits Convention Center, 785-443-2811
