The Kansas Sports Hall of Fame has announced their 2026 class to be inducted at multiple times at lots of different events. One of these future inductees, Tracy Rietzke, originates from the Northwest part of Kansas in Smith Center.

On the Good Neighbor Hour, host Lucas Kenney brought on the Athletic Director for Goodland USD 352 Marty Lehman to review the 2025-26 athletics season with it ending this past weekend with the State track meet.

Kansas State High School Activities Association State Track and Field for all Kansas schools continues today and again tomorrow at Wichita State University Stadium. It's hot and humid but fans are cheering on their favorite athletes!
