TEXAS COUNTRY MUSIC CRUISE FOR 2

• Cruise from Galveston, Texas with stops in Roatan Honduras, Porta Maya & Cozumel Mexico

• Includes wristbands for concerts Featuring: Cory Morrow, Gary P Nunn, Micky and the Motorcars, The Wilder Blue, Bri Bagwell, Darrin Morris, Thom Shepherd, Coley McCabe, Drew Kennedy, Josh Grider, Tanner Sparks, Isaac Jacob, Zach Nytomt, Will Banister, & Cameron Havens

• Flight to and from Houston Hobby Airport on April 21st and April 28th will be included in the Prize package.  Airport to fly from will be in Kansas or Colorado.  Gas to and from the airport is NOT included in the prize. 

• Transportation from and to airport and from and to cruise line will be included in the prize package

• Contest runs from February 1, 2024  to  February 29, 2024

TO REGISTER

• Must be 21 years of age or older to register

• Must be a US citizen to register

• Must have a valid passport or must have a certified birth certificate and valid state issued ID card/driver’s license.

• Registration boxes will be placed at each Stars & Stripes sponsor location.

  • Sponsor list will be listed on nwksradio.net

• Can register at each sponsor location by filling out a registration slip and depositing it in the box

  • Can only register at each location 1 time per person per day

  • Registration will be open from Feb 1, 2024 to February 29, 2024                               

• Title Sponsor locations will get a special day for registrations.  On the title sponsor locations special day, you can register for a 2nd time at that location and one finalist will be drawn just from that day.

  • Special dates for title sponsors will be announced on-air and on social media

• Finalists will be chosen from each sponsor location and from each title sponsor’s special day  LIVE ON AIR FRIDAY MORNING MARCH 8TH ON 100.3 THE RIDE

• Contest/s that will be announced to narrow it down to one winner prior to March 24, 2024

 

 

​WINNER

• Winner must be able to go on the vacation package

• Winner will be able to choose a guest to go with them

• Winner cannot transfer prize to another person, if they cannot go then another winner will be chosen from finalists. 

• Winner and guest names must be recorded and locked in by April 1, 2024.

• Winner and guest must agree to photos and videos during the trip to use for NWKS Radio’s marketing purposes

• Online check-in for the cruise begins 6 weeks prior to boarding but no later than 3 days prior to sailing

• Expect to use a credit card for on board expenses

• All cruisers are provided all meals on board. Juice, coffee and tea are also provided.  Anything extra will be at the winners expense

• An $18/person per day gratuity will be the winners responsibility

• Shore excursion expenses are to be covered by the winner

• Any luggage costs for the flight will be covered by the winner

• You understand and agree (for Yourself and on behalf of Your heirs, estate, insurers, successors, and assigns) that by entering, attending, and/or winning this vacation package, You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rocking M Media and NWKS Radio and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives, and the successors, assigns, and insurers of such entities, and any consultants, sponsors, advertisers, owners or lessors of the premises used in connection with the Event (collectively, the “Released Parties”), with respect to any and all claims or causes of action You may have arising from Your entrance, attendance, and/or participation in the Event (or any part thereof), including any damages for personal or bodily injury, disability, death, disease, loss or damage to person or property relating in any way to the Event, whether arising from the negligence of any or all of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law
