KDOT Announces Approved April Bids; One Local Project

The Kansas Department of Transportation has announced approved bids for state highway construction and maintenance projects. The letting took place April 22 in Topeka.

The one local approved project was in Thomas County on U.S. 24, 0.24 mile east of County Road 17, to add a guard fence 0.2 miles long. Sporer Land Development Inc. of Oakley, Kansas has the approved bid in the amount of $239,541.10.
