The Little Jerusalem Badlands State Park is a tourism staple in Northwest Kansas, particularly in Logan, County. It's home to some of Kansas's most beautiful rock structures, dating all the way back 85 million years.

Visitors who have been out recently may have noticed a new project on the rise. A new welcome center is being built out by the park. Construction started this week and is expected to continue for the next few months.

Tourists, have no fear, the park will remain open during the remainder of the project. They just ask for you to be mindful of the construction equipment.
