Rollover Accident Leaves Gove County Teen with Minor Injuries

Just after 10:15 pm on Sunday, June 28th, a 1999 Ford Explorer, driven by a 15-year-old from Quinter, Kansas, was driving westbound on County Road Z in Gove County, about 3 miles West of Quinter.

While navigating the rain damaged road, the vehicle left the roadway into the South ditch, re-entered the roadway facing North and began to roll.

The teen was taken to Gove County Medical Center with suspected minor injuries. He was wearing a safety restraint according to the Kansas Highway Patrol - Online Crash Logs.
