Sherman County Commissioner Steve Evert dropped in the studio to highlight important items from the latest Sherman County Commission meeting, which took place on Tuesday, October 13th.

The first item to highlight was some action that came from an executive session. The action was appointing Eric Albright as a Homeland Security Rep for the commission.

Next, Evert talked about some small revisions to the county employee handbook, including edits to the vacation days policies.

Lastly, he mentioned a bid for a lean-to storage building for an empty lot the county owns. This would help with parking county vehicles in a safe place and allow for more storage.

The next Sherman County Commission meeting will be on Friday, October 30th.
