Sing Along at the Tumbleweed Chorus and Prairie Rose Harmony Community Event

Music lovers and community members of all ages are invited to a special evening of song and fellowship on Tuesday, April 29 at the Colby United Methodist Church. Hosted by Tumbleweed Chorus and Prairie Rose Harmony, this free event will kick off at 7:30 p.m. CDT and continue until shortly after 9 p.m.

Following their successful joint annual show last month, the Tumbleweed Chorus and Prairie Rose Harmony are eager to keep the music alive with a sing-out open to everyone. Local Barbershop groups involved in the evening include the Tumbleweed Chorus, members of the Hays High Plains Chorus, Prairie Rose Harmony women’s chorus, and several area Barbershop quartets.

“Everyone is welcome to listen and sing along with us,” said Dan O’Brien, president of the Tumbleweed Chorus. “There is no cost or preregistration to attend.” Whether you're a longtime Barbershop enthusiast or just love to sing, this event promises an evening full of harmony and fun.

Thomas Annis, who directs both the Tumbleweed Chorus and Prairie Rose Harmony, will lead the musical festivities for the night. Attendees can expect a relaxed, engaging atmosphere where singing along is encouraged.

After the music, refreshments will be provided by members of the Tumbleweed Chorus and Prairie Rose Harmony during a casual fellowship time.

For more information, interested individuals can contact Daniel O’Brien at 785-443-2433 in Colby or Thomas Annis at 785-672-2654 in Oakley.

Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to enjoy an evening filled with music, community spirit, and lasting memories!
