GOODLAND, Kan. – The Fort Hays Tech Northwest Robotics Club hosted its annual Thanksgiving Children’s Carnival on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, welcoming a strong turnout of families from across Sherman County for an evening of fall-themed fun at the Price Convention Center in Goodland.
The free community event, held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., offered a wide range of activities that kept kids busy and smiling throughout the night. Children enjoyed tractor rides, games, crafts, Identakid services, a picture booth, food, and a prize table, while parents appreciated the safe, family-friendly atmosphere.
The carnival also supported the Kollins Toy Drive, giving attendees an opportunity to donate toys for local children in need.
Organizer and advisor Morgan Pritchard and the Northwest Robotics Club helped create a lively and festive setting, filled with colorful decorations and hands-on stations that made the evening memorable.
With great attendance and plenty of activities, the Thanksgiving Children’s Carnival once again delivered a fun and engaging kickoff to the holiday season for local families.
