Two Fridays for Colby Public Schools Now Have No School

Area Schools have recently been evaluating unused snow days and adjusting their end of the year schedule. For instance, Goodland USD 352 moved their last day of school from May 20th to May 15th.

The Colby USD 315 Board of Education did the same. After looking at unused snow days, days worked, and upcoming events for the school, instead of moving the final day, they cancelled school for two of the remaining Fridays in the school year.

Friday, May 1st and Friday, May 8th will have no school for any of the Colby Public Schools.
