Wrecks and a Fire Reported Along I-70; Dust Storm Blowing Strong

Dust storms have been raging all throughout the area, and according to reports from listeners and the Colby Fire Chief Scot Hilbrink, there have been multiple wrecks along I-70 as well as a fire.

The wrecks have been reported on I-70 at mile markers 47 and 48 near Levant, one of which includes a semi that rolled over. The fire, which is being cleaned up at the current moment, was about a mile away from those wrecks.

There is no lane blockage, but please allow for plenty of room for workers.

While the dust storm blows, avoid traveling as much as possible, and if you get caught in a storm, pull off to the side and wait it out.
