A.  Discussion/Action – Approve the 2026 Budget Request from Options with discussion and consideration of the $1,000 increase from last year. Approving this increase will make the annual Budget Request from Options $5,000.

B.    Discussion/Action – Approve the Contract from EBH Engineering for the Engineering Services of the WWTF Waste Water Effluent Reuse Project of 2025 Not to Exceed $152,000.

C.  Discussion/Action – Approve the Request to Accept Bids for the Planned Rebuild of the Webster Waterline to be Due by 1pm on Thursday, July 10, 2025.

D.  Discussion/Action – Approve the Grant Agreement from the Dane G Hansen Foundation for the total amount of $25,965.00 Awarded to Colby Fire Department for the Completion of the Rescue Project Phase 3.

E. Discussion/Action – Approve the Request for Purchase of the FlexVolt Battery Powered Cutter and Accessories from Weis Fire, Quote No. 9578 for the Amount of $25,965.00.

F.  Discussion/Action – Approve the Request to Purchase a 2025 Peterbilt Front Loader for the Sanitation Department in the Amount of $296,900 to be Paid Out of Unallocated MERF Funds.

G.   Discussion/Action – Approve the Request from Thomas County Economic Development Alliance for 2026 Budget Funding in the amount of $81,744.

H.  Discussion/Action – Award and Approve the Bid and Contract for 36 Months Fuel Service from The Oasis Travel Center for the amount of “cost

+ $0.05” per gallon sold.
