Red River Commodities announces the upcoming closure of its sunflower processing facility in Colby, KS, with operations officially ending on April 17, 2025. This difficult decision comes after a thorough evaluation of our operations, and we want to take this opportunity to recognize the facility’s long-standing contributions to both our company and the local community.
Established to expand our sunflower processing capabilities beyond our Fargo, ND plant, the Colby facility has played a crucial role in our mission to transform specialty crops into premium food ingredients.
