Irma Benavides, 60, passed away at Goodland Regional Medical Center in Goodland, Kansas on October 19, 2025. She was born on December 25, 1964 to Hipolito & Dominga (Benavidez) Benavides in Abernathy, Texas.

She enjoyed watching her grandkids play sports and spending time with her family. She also loved watching the Dallas Cowboys and Atlanta Braves.

She is survived by her daughters Melinda Benavides of Greely, CO, Crisy (Adrian) Conde of Goodland, KS, Mary Hernandez of Goodland, KS, and Crystal (Chris) Irvin of Goodland, KS. Her siblings Sylvia (Kenny) Fisher of Goodland, KS, Bobby (Rosa) Benavides of Goodland, KS, Carlos (Jamie) Benavides of New Braunfels, TX, and Noel (Sandra) Ramirez of Garden City, KS. Irma is also survived by 15 grandchildren, one great grandchild and one on the way, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Irma was preceded in death by her parents Hipolito & Dominga, her daughter Angela Benavides, and several aunts and uncles.
