UPDATE 3/10/25 11:40 am FOUND SAFE.
At approximately 07:45 this Morning Sheridan County Dispatch was notified of a missing person. Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office along with Hoxie Police Department is looking for the following missing person, Duane E. Wente. Duane is a 88 year old white male, described as 5’6", 200 lbs possibly wearing glasses, dark blue jeans, brown plaid shirt, and might have a grey windbreaker. He does suffer from dementia. He is driving a gold 2011 Chrysler town and Country with Kansas Tag ANN37, unknown direction of travel. Duane was last seen at 3:00 am 3/10/2025.
