Support Northwest Kansas During the GNWKCF Match Month

Looking to make an impact in the local area? Well now is the perfect time to do so!
The Greater Northwest Kansas Community Foundation will be hosting their match month all throughout the month of September. Any and all donations to seven specified funds by the foundation will have up to a 50% match on it.
The seven funds and their descriptions include:
Erma and Bob John Memorial Scholarship Fund
Donations to this fund help build the legacy of Erma and Bob John of Tribune, Kansas. The fund was established by their children and grandchildren in honor of their dedicated service to and love of the community of Tribune. Scholarships are awarded annually to USD 200 Greeley County Public Schools students.
GNWKCF Affiliate Services Enhancement Fund
Join us in building our Affiliate Enhancement Fund—a fund dedicated to strengthening services and expanding opportunities for our affiliates. At GNWKCF, “We Are Our Affiliates” isn’t just a slogan—it’s how we live and lead every day. Together, we can grow stronger, serve better, and create lasting impact across Northwest Kansas!
Greeley-Wallace County Healthcare Foundation Endowment Fund
Help build an endowment fund to support Greeley-Wallace County Healthcare Foundation's mission: supporting medical services in Greeley and Wallace counties. It funds healthcare student scholarships, local clinic operations, and DJ’s Toy Fund, which provides comfort items to sick children in area hospitals and clinics.
Neighbors Helping Neighbors Fund
The Neighbors Helping Neighbors Fund helps communities come together in times of need. From supporting Grinnell after a tornado to providing relief for areas affected by wildfires and flooding, the fund delivers assistance where it is needed most.
Nex-Generation Round Up for Youth Endowment Fund
Donations to this fund help educate and inspire youth in Northwest and North Central Kansas by connecting them with local career opportunities through innovative programs that build community, promote career development, and strengthen financial literacy.
Northwest Kansas Early Childhood Endowment Fund
Donations will help grow the endowment fund to help sustain licensed childcare centers or nonprofit qualified family childcare homes (formerly classified as nonprofit group homes). The grants made from this fund assist with sustainability of quality nonprofit early education centers or qualified childcare homes in Northwest Kansas, the Dane G. Hansen Foundation, the State of Kansas – through the Children's Cabinet, and the Patterson Family Foundation, have collaborated to create this permanently endowed grant fund. The grant is intended to address a budget shortfall or unforeseen issue that, if not addressed, could result in the closure of the facility or closure of classrooms or jeopardize the standard of care provided.
Wingfield Scholarship Fund
Donations will help build the Wingfield Scholarship which provides scholarships to students in USD 103 - Cheylin Schools for up to four years of post-secondary education. This scholarship was established by Phyllis and Owen Wingfield of McDonald, Kansas, and is now a legacy to their commitment to education.
