Goodland, KS resident Scott Bruce Kribs, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at his home in Goodland.

Scott was born on June 29, 1959 in Palo Alto, California to Charles and Sally (Hansen) Kribs. He was one of 3 children. He served in the United States Army from 1980-1982, then graduated from Davis County Adult High School in 1982.

Scott went on to further his education by graduating from Colorado Springs Technical Trade School with a degree in HVAC in 1998. In 2005, he graduated from Remington College in Colorado Springs with a degree in Criminal Justice. Before retiring, most recently Scott had been driving truck.

Preceding him in death was his mother Sally Kribs and one sister Susan Kribs.

Surviving family includes his father Charles Kribs of Goodland, KS and a sister Leisha Kribs of Palmer Lake, Colorado.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM MT in the Chapel at Topside Manor in Goodland with Pastor Jim Gleason officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date in the Spring Valley Cemetery in Larkspur, Colorado.
