Raul Malo, the front man of the genre-defying and Grammy-winning band The Mavericks, passed away last night according to his wife, after battling cancer.

Joel Navarro will do a special hour tribute to Raul Malo featuring 90's country hits from The Mavericks and solo hits on KXXX 790 and 1370 KGNO - Dodge City's First Radio Station on Thursday, December 11th from 10 to 11 am.
